Pilot Grove Preschool and Elementary would like to send a huge thank you to all families, friends and community members who supported our students in their Book Blast Journey! All students received at least 2 books and some up to 10! Thank you so much for making reading and books a priority for our kids!

The 40&8 Veterans came to speak to our 1st Graders today! They enjoyed learning about the American Flag and were the lucky recipients of their own new flags!

Families if there are ever changes in your household income; i.e. reduction in income due to seasonal layoffs, decreased wages or furlough you are able to complete a Lunch Application for Free or reduced priced meals for your child(ren). Don’t Forget! Elementary, JH and HS play tonight and tomorrow at 7 pm. Doors open at 6:30 with free will donations.

Monday night we celebrated new and current students for National Honor Society. We had 8 new members inducted and 5 Seniors who received their graduation chords.

We have had about 10-15 HS students taking advantage of our Lunch shift book club on Wednesdays with Mrs. T and Mr. Pannell. They take turns sharing their reflections of novels with peers over lunch.

Reminder: Today is Parent-Teacher Conferences from 2-7 pm. We will also release all students at 12:08 today with an "Early Out".

Thank you to the Pilot Grove Fire Department for the lesson on fire safety today! Our preschool, kindergarten and first grade students enjoyed the informative puppet show and hands on demonstrations!

Join us in celebrating Veterans Day on Tuesday, November 11th, 2025.
We will have breakfast at 7:30 am, and the assembly will follow at 8:30 am. We look forward to recognizing our heroes.

Reminder the Dental Truck will be here next week for check ups, cleanings, etc. Simple paperwork must be completed before the truck arrives.
