FFA Members: Food Insecurity Day at the State Fair is TOMORROW, Aug. 12. The bus leaves at 7:15 am. Lunch and a shirt will be provided. Please wear closed-toed shoes and bring a little money for dinner. We should return around 6:30 or 7 pm.
Reminder: All Physicals and Annual Participation forms must be turned in before the practice start date, Monday, or handed into the respective coaches.

New Missouri Law on Student Device Use
Senate Bill 68 requires all public schools in Missouri to adopt a policy to regulate the use of personal electronic devices by students during the school day.
Students at Pilot Grove C4 will not be allowed to use or display devices (including cell phones, smart watches, personal gaming devices, personal laptop/tablet, wired or wireless earbuds) from the time they enter the building until dismissal at 3:15pm in all areas of the school. This includes during instruction, hallways during passing periods, lunch and study hall.

HS Fall Sports will begin on Monday August 11th. Softball will begin with their annual midnight practice from 12:00AM-2:00AM and baseball will start at 3:30PM-5:30PM. Please remember to turn in any updated physicals and pre participation forms are due before the 1st practice!

Registration for NEW Elementary students will begin August 6th. You may call the school at 660-834-4115 *4 for more info. Registration forms for new and re-enrollment will be posted online on August 6. Preschool enrollment info will be emailed directly to those enrolled in preschool.
Secondary registration from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm on the following days.

Wednesday, 8/6 - Juniors & Sophomores
Thursday, 8/7 - Freshman Orientation 6:00 pm

Members: Project Drop-off will be from 9am - 6pm Monday, August 4th in the Ag Building. Projects can be exhibited by all current, graduated or incoming FFA Members. You DO NOT have to exhibit projects at the county level in order to exhibit at the State Fair in the FFA Building. See the entry guidelines attached below.

FFA Members: Spread the word we will be having our annual Sunday Funday this Sunday July 27th. Incoming Freshman are invited and encouraged to attend! See the flyer below for details. It's going to be hot make sure you wear your sunscreen and drink plenty of water!
Due to heat and the county fair, tomorrow's open field for baseball has been canceled and moved to July 30th from 5:30-7:30PM!
It's an exciting day! The playground equipment has arrived for our preschool playground update! Thank you to Prairie Land FS, Ryan Lorenz and Shane Twenter, for their help unloading! Up next, install of the equipment and the pouring of the new rubber surface! The rubber tire surface is funded by a grant from the Department of Natural Resources.
