A vision screening form is going to be sent home with your child today if your child is in grades PK, K, 2, 5, 7 or 11. Kid Sight will be coming to our school Wednesday morning to do a vision screening on students in grades PK, K, 2, 5, 7 and 11. If you DO NOT want your child being screened please send the opt out form back to school with your child's information on it. If you have any questions, please reach out to Nurse Gina or Mrs. Leonard.
