Summer Lunch at the Park begins Monday, May 18th from 12:00-1:00. Current guidelines require lunches to be picked up only. Individuals will not be to eat at the park. We will continue to share updates on guidelines and mandates throughout the summer.

The Parents As Teachers (PAT) will host a virtual screening for children ages 3, 4, 5 and 6 (not yet enrolled in kindergarten). The screenings will be conducted over the next few weeks. The district has a list of individuals to screen based on previous screenings, involvement with the PAT program and through connections with the school district. The PAT program will contact families to schedule a virtual screening. A staff member from the school will contact you to set up the appointment and work with you to fill out the appropriate screening forms. To be sure your child is screened, please send an email address with your child’s name, age and a parent phone number to PAT@pilotgrove.k12.mo.us . We extend our appreciation and a HUGE thank you in advance for assisting with this virtual event. UPDATED ACT INFORMATION
The safety of students and test center staff is ACT’s top priority. ACT has rescheduled its April 4 national test date to June 13 across the U.S. in response to concerns about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19). All students registered for the April 4 test received an email from ACT informing them of the postponement and instructions for free rescheduling to June 13 or a future national test date. If you did not receive an email from ACT, you will need to contact them directly at 1-800-553-6244 ext. 1270.
Pilot Grove Drama is proud to announce a virtual Talent Show!
Students, Staff and Members of the community are invited to submit school appropriate videos of their unique skills.
You can sing, tell jokes or stories, demonstrate a cool trick or something else. The possibilities are endless. Videos should be no more than 5 minutes and should be submitted to CTurner@PilotGrove.k12.mo.us by Wednesday, April 23.

Parents, Community and Seniors of 2020
Tonight we will be joining the Nation in a movement for this years Seniors called “Be the Light”. At 8:20pm (20:20 Military) schools will light up their fields across the Nation for 20 mins. and 20 seconds. This is not a congregation at the fields but a moment to recognize our 2020 Seniors together and the experiences that they will be losing for the remainder of their school year. This will continue until Graduation every Friday Night. Thanks for your understanding and Pilot Grove wishes you all the best.
