Dear Tiger Families,
As we approach this Thanksgiving holiday, I wanted to share some information with you. This week we have experienced an increase in positive COVID cases in our school building. At this time, we have 8 positive cases and additional quarantines. As of now, your administrative team has made contact with all families of students determined to be close contacts requiring quarantining.
I ask that as we return to school on Monday, if your child is experiencing symptoms of illness you keep them at home and contact your healthcare provider for guidance.
This Thanksgiving as I am everyday, thankful for your support for our District!

Leaf pile fun! First and Second Grade students know how to make raking leaves more exciting!
The 6th graders have been studying ratios and unit rates in math. Today, they took a field trip to Dollar General to get some real life experience while comparing prices of the same item, but in different sizes. They then journaled about their findings.
Our Fall Family Night was a blast! Students enjoyed reading books and doing a craft that focused on the book all while parents learned about important reading strategies and skills. The evening ended with a weenie roast and s’mores!

Grandparents Day is tomorrow! Breakfast will be served starting at 7:00am and will serve until 7:55. Elementary students will host a short musical production in the High School Gym starting at 8:10.

To kickoff the winter HS basketball season, we have added a Junior Varsity basketball contest next Monday, 11/22, @ Slater with a 6 pm start. This is not on the original schedule. Thanks!
