Pilot Grove C-4 School District

Pilot Grove seniors are off to an incredible start, exploring and taking positive steps toward life after graduation. Seniors have been meeting with RootEd Advisor Mrs. Hackman to discuss their interests and goals and begin developing postsecondary plans for their futures.

October will be a busy month as students continue exploring and preparing for life after high school, with events including Build My Future, the Boonville College & Career Fair, Apply Day—Tacos & Tuition - where students will receive support completing postsecondary applications, financial planning presentations from Central Bank and the CMU Financial Aid department, and individual FAFSA support to help families complete their FAFSA applications.

• 83% of seniors have met one-on-one with their RootEd advisor this fall

• 62% of seniors have identified and created a postsecondary plan with             their 

  advisor

• Seniors will be supported in completing college, scholarship, and FAFSA         applications

• Seniors will be encouraged to complete at least two career exposures             throughout the year
