“I have waited my whole life to be able to wear that blue jacket and my 8th-grade year as I was torn on which High School to attend. It was on my class trip to Pilot Grove High School that Mr. Kuster made it clear. I had seen Mr. Kuster around the county fair for years, always the helping hand and encouraging his students to excel and do their very best. Within the first week of my freshman year, I knew I had made the right choice. Mr. Kuster is very quiet; he is the last to toot his own horn but he makes a difference in the student lives at Pilot Grove. He is the biggest cheerleader for all things we are trying to accomplish. He has helped me gain so much more confidence in myself. This year I applied for the Missouri Business Academy and he spent countless hours helping me to prepare. Mr. Kuster may not do things that get him national attention, but you won't find a more dedicated, caring, compassionate agricultural educator. Mr. Kuster is truly one in a million.” -Haley Imhoff
