Pilot Grove Track Pounces at Harrisburg MS Relays!
The Pilot Grove JH Track Team went to Harrisburg High School on 4/12/2023 and competed against 12 different schools all bigger than us. Despite the heat and the other schools being bigger that is, we still had a great night!
Notable top 10 Finishes Include:
Arleigh Watring: took 5th overall in the 100m dash and 2nd overall in the 400m dash.
Romi Stegner: took 7th place in the high jump and 6th in the long jump.
Josiah Hand: took 2nd overall in the 800m run, and 7th overall in the long jump.
Matthew Renfrow: took 7th overall in the 100m dash, and he took 5th in the 200m dash
Zachary Rehmer: took 3rd in the 400m dash
Brycen Stephens: took 4th in the 400m dash
Garrett Reuter: took 7th in the 800m run, and 5th in the shot put.
Keaton Reuter- took 6th overall in the 1600m run.
Ryland Skaggs- took 5th overall in the 100m hurdles, and 9th in the triple jump.
Gavin West- took 8th overall in the high jump.
The boy’s 4x100m relay consisting of Gavin West, Garrett Reuter, Brycen Stephens, and Josiah Hand took 2nd overall with a time of 51.95.
The boy’s 4x400m relay consisting of Josiah Hand, Garrett Reuter, Keaton Reuter, and Zachary Rehmer took 2nd overall with a time of 4:22.25.
The girl's 4x100m Relay consisting of Kirstan Ramey, Addison Renfrow, Milly Waller, and Arleigh Watring took 2nd overall with a time of 1:00.17.
The PG Girls team ranked 10th overall and the PG Boys team ranked 3rd overall in team points.
