Good Afternoon Tiger Families,
The continued health and safety of our Tiger students and staff are my top priority. With the recent identification of COVID-19 in our county, the Pilot Grove C-4 District will take the following measures to ensure we are not contributing to further community transmission of the virus. The school closure will be extended until Tuesday, April 14th. It is my plan to have students return to school on Wednesday, April 15th. Please keep in mind this situation is ever-changing and I will continue to assess and update weekly as we move forward.
Our teachers will continue to instruct during this extended closure and will be in contact with you if additional packets or materials need to be sent home. We are committed to educating our students and recognize the stress this extended closure possibly creates for our families. I sincerely appreciate each of you doing everything in your power to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.
If your family could benefit from breakfast and lunches provided free of charge by the school while we are on extended closure, please contact Mrs. Groepper at 660-834-6915 and we would be happy to add your child(ren) to the list.
As we navigate through this difficult time, just know that together we will be stronger once things go back to normal.
